CMMC Level 2 Training Course

This two-day CMMC Level 2 course helps organizations implement CMMC requirements internally for compliance within the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) supply chain. This training is unaccredited and is not intended for auditor or assessor certification.

Course Overview

This two-day advanced CMMC Level 2 training is designed for organizations that access or manage Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) within the DoD supply chain. The course guides participants through Level 2 requirements, documentation and evidence expectations, and readiness planning to support internal implementation. Participants will also learn how to evaluate their organization against the more rigorous cybersecurity controls aligned with NIST SP 800-171.

Objective

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the CMMC Level 2 control requirements
  • Identify and implement Level 2 documentation expectations
  • Assess how close their organization is to compliance readiness
  • Determine what evidence is needed to demonstrate implementation effectiveness

Pre-requisites

  Completion of the CMMC Level 1 Training Course is strongly recommended.  

Audience

Organizations that plan to or currently access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and intend to achieve CMMC Level 2 certification - a requirement for many contracts within the DoD’s cybersecurity framework.
